Today, more and more of us are prone to habits that take a serious toll on our health.

To break such habits does not happen overnight. That is why I have developed a series of programmes which typically run between eight and twelve weeks.

These Programmes begin with an Assessment of Needs and are tailored to
your requirements. And whether delivered to a group of individuals in my
yoga studio, live on Zoom, or in a combined modality,  I get to witness
the most profound transformational impacts on my clients’ level of
health and wellbeing.
