UNDERSTANDING
Where I’m coming from
Here I outline how I work, how I arrived at this place, and also the different skills, tools and areas of expertise I am able to offer all of my clients.
How I Work
Whenever I work with a client, whether it’s on a 12 week programme or through a one-off seminar or taster workshop, there are certain principles that I always follow.
I will always meet you ‘where you are’
Every programme or workshop is bespoke; tailored to you.
I invite you to listen to your body
Some things are right for you and you alone. I encourage you to deepen your intuition.
I invite you to be curious and to make new choices.
I want to help you understand existing imbalances and potential risks to your health. Together we decide a course of action that will increase your vitality and resilience.

So what is the best way for you to benefit from my approach?
I invite you to learn more about my programmes and offerings.

How I arrived at this place
IT HAS BEEN QUITE A JOURNEY
After a childhood where major surgery to my digestive tract was required, I quickly developed a curiosity about the modern principles of nutrition. I went on to qualify in Nutritional Therapy and Using Food as Medicine.
As a Conference Interpreter and interpreter trainer who’s worked internationally for many years, I have witnessed first-hand how extreme stress can dramatically impair both the performance and wellbeing of my colleagues.
It became clear to me that, for all the extensive training that interpreters receive, the most fundamental piece of training was missing. I saw a pivotal unasked and unanswered question.
“How can I stay calm and energised in the most stressful and challenging situations?”
I saw the scope to make a real difference to my colleagues, using the various areas of expertise I had gathered. (See my ‘Credentials snapshot ‘below.). That is what prompted a series of interactive talks at conferences around the world.
One way I have termed this is ‘resilience in the digital age’. I believe there has never been a greater need for such holistic education and interventions – both in the workplace and elsewhere in our communities.
‘Resilience in the digital age’ is one of my offerings. Learn more HERE.

TURNING SKILLS INTO
OFFERINGS
In my mindful movement classes, I teach a combination of traditional Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) with naturalistic forms from QiGong (ancient Chinese discipline with medicinal purposes), creating a gentle yet powerful flow that leaves you positively energised, calm and resourceful.
I am also a Master Results Coach, trained in NLP, hypnosis and Neurological Repatterning with some of the best experts in the field. In working with the body for healing, regeneration and longevity, I also practice Reiki and recently acquired Embodied Trauma Healing clinical skills.
A keen observer of the effects of modern technologies on people’s ability to focus, relate and perform in general, I have adopted the pathways to an improved Emotional Intelligence, mental health and enabling others to feel more ‘humanly connected’.
This is what I like brings to my clients, who, after completing my programmes and having applied the subtle changes, usually start feeling an increasingly peaceful vitality and a deeper capacity to connect to what is essential.
I invite you to see which offerings work best for you.

You may know the feeling. Perhaps it’s the middle of the afternoon. You experience a dip in energy, and you reach for that instant pick-me-up. Whether it’s a favourite chocolate bar or a cappuccino, it’s clear what you crave. But what if that craving isn’t actually...
