ABOUT

YOU

Are these the programmes for you?

YES, IF YOU ARE ONE OF TWO KINDS OF PEOPLE

EITHER you’re someone who is looking to transform their own wellbeing.

OR you’re looking to transform the wellbeing of a particular group, organisation or community.

In both cases, one thing is certain.

My aim is to enhance the resilience and vitality of each individual.

Either way,  I invite you to learn more about my programmes.

So what does Resilience mean to you?

> Navigating through a series of stressful events?

> Recovering your quality of life after a setback?

> Staying calm, when all around you are anything but?

Whatever your start point, I am here to help you to make informed lifestyle changes… and choices that bring about long-lasting benefits.

Whichever programme or offering you choose, I invite you to discover how I work

FEEL MORE

HUMANLY CONNECTED

A keen observer of the effects of modern technologies on people’s ability to focus, relate and perform in general, she has adopted the pathways to an improved Emotional Intelligence, mental health and generally feeling more ‘humanly connected’. This is what she brings to her clients, who, after completing her programmes and having applied the subtle changesusually start feeling an increasingly peaceful vitality and a deeper capacity to connect to what is essential.

A Master Results Coach, Gabriela also trained in NLP, hypnosis and Neurological Repatterning with some of the best experts in the field. In working with the body for healing, regeneration and longevity, in addition to the mindful movement practices, she also practices Reiki and more recently acquired Embodied Trauma Healing clinical skills.

After a childhood where major surgery to her digestive tract was required, constantly adapting with awareness and curiosity, she learnt the modern principles of nutrition and qualified in Nutritional Therapy and Using Food as Medicine.

In her mindful movement classes she teaches a combination of traditional Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) with naturalistic forms from QiGong (ancient Chinese discipline with medicinal purposes), creating a gentle yet powerful flow that leaves you positively energised, calm and resourceful.
