QiGong Forms Part 1

QiGong is an ancient Chinese discipline, considered the basis on Martial Arts. The QiGong forms (short sequences) are inspired in the natural world and practiced preferably outdoors. QiGong practices are calming, centring and meditative – perfect for finding balance and calming the mind. These practices can be performed by people of any age and fitness level.
